Storage & Handling

To maintain optimal freshness and product quality during transportation, our fruit is handled under strict cold-chain procedures.

 

Cold Storage

- Fruits are stored in cold rooms immediately after packing
- Storage temperature: 3 – 5°C
- Relative humidity: 85 – 90%

Pre-Cooling Process

- Cargo is pre-cooled for at least 24 hours before loading
- Cold-chain conditions are maintained throughout the handling process

Refrigerated Transportation

- Refrigerated trucks must be pre-cooled before loading
- Products are transported under continuous temperature-controlled conditions
- Temperature is monitored 24/7 during storage and transportation
